Pre-treatment Photo Protocol
The patient presented with a severely compromised dentition: extensive tooth destruction, functional impairment, and aesthetic concerns. The prognosis for preserving the natural teeth was unfavourable; therefore, comprehensive rehabilitation with a transition to a fixed implant-supported restoration was planned.
Full-arch implant rehabilitation was performed.
Teeth were extracted, and implants were placed according to the All-on-4 concept. Eight dental implants were inserted, providing a stable foundation for the future prosthetic restoration.
Fixed zirconia bridge prostheses were delivered.
After osseointegration of the implants, a permanent fixed prosthetic structure was fabricated:
- Zirconia teeth — high strength, biocompatibility, and natural aesthetics
- Titanium bar — reliable fixation, stability, and proper distribution of occlusal load
This combination of materials ensures long-term durability and comfort in everyday function.
Result
The patient achieved:
- complete restoration of masticatory function;
- clear diction;
- a harmonious, natural smile.
