Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, by completing the registration (order) form and checking the box to acknowledge this Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of facilitating civil law relationships in connection with the issuance/renewal of non-exclusive license(s) for computer software

We respect your right to privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data. This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules governing the collection and use of personal data by all company employees and applies to data obtained during the purchase of computer software.

1. Scope of Personal Data

When placing an order for the purchase of computer programme(s) and filling out the registration form (order), you provide your personal data for processing, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail, bank details, etc. We only receive such data from individuals who provide it knowingly and voluntarily.

In order to place an order for computer software or otherwise interact with us, you must carefully read your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, which are specified in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, carefully read this Privacy Policy, and constitute your full acceptance of its terms.

2. Purpose of collecting personal data

Personal data means any information or set of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We may process your personal data for the following purposes. Data may be processed for one or more of the following purposes simultaneously:

Order Fulfillment: We may process your personal data to fulfill your order, respond to your inquiries, or for other purposes related to achieving the ultimate goal of satisfying consumer interests, and to prevent or investigate fraud and other forms of misconduct.

Customer Communication: We may use your personal data to contact you regarding product updates or to send you important messages and other similar notifications relating to your order, as well as for customer service feedback.

We act in accordance with this Privacy Policy, based on the Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. We have the right to store personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose specified in this Policy, or for the period established by the current legislation of Ukraine, or until you delete this data.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

We do not sell, transfer or disclose personal data obtained on our website to third parties without your prior consent. We disclose personal data only in cases specified by the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as in the following cases:

to prevent crimes or harm to us or third parties;

third parties who provide technical support or services that enable you to receive your order and use computer programmes.

You agree not to transfer personal data to third parties. You also agree not to transfer personal data contained in the computer programme to third parties. By using personal data, you undertake to comply with the current legislation of Ukraine regarding its protection.

Masych Clinic shall not be liable for the unlawful use of personal data by users of the computer programme.

4. Safety

We take reasonable measures to protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

5. Location of personal data

Masych Clinic is the owner of personal data. Personal data is stored in Masych Clinic’s automated systems.
