Our specialists are committed to continuous professional growth, staying at the forefront of evolving aesthetic medicine and technology. Consequently, we are proud to offer cutting-edge exosome therapy at Masych Clinic in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Various formulations are available for this purpose, manufactured by different companies using distinct methods and raw materials. However, they all share a common goal: the effective isolation and delivery of exosomes.

What are exosomes in cosmetology?

Exosomes are microscopic membrane vesicles that transfer information from aging or damaged cells to stem cells. Stem cells—to use a bold but accurate term—are the “cells of youth,” capable of transforming into any cell type in the body. They can effectively replace worn-out muscle fibers or damaged skin cells. However, for this regenerative process to function seamlessly, an adequate supply of exosomes is essential. Beyond information transfer, exosomes carry a rich cargo of proteins, lipids, growth factors, and other bioactive molecules.

By carrying a diverse range of bioactive molecules—including RNA, proteins, lipids, and growth factors—exosomes effectively drive regeneration and modulate key cellular functions.

Exosomes

A Scientific
Perspective

The 2013 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded to James E. Rothman, Randy W. Schekman, and Thomas C. Südhof “for their discoveries of machinery regulating vesicle traffic, a major transport system in our cells.”

Exosomes are lipid bilayer vesicles derived from various cells with preserved biomarkers, serving as vital mediators of intercellular communication. Exosomes sourced from skin, blood, and stem cells are the primary types involved in modulating the skin microenvironment. Dysregulation of exosome biogenesis and transmission, along with alterations in their cargo, play a critical role in the complex pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune skin disorders. Consequently, exosomes represent promising diagnostic and therapeutic targets for dermatological conditions.
Notably, exogenous exosomes derived from skin or stem cells play a significant role in enhancing the skin environment and repairing damaged tissues by delivering specific bioactive substances and activating diverse signaling pathways. In clinical practice, exosomes have gained significant attention as diagnostic biomarkers and prospective therapeutic agents for skin conditions such as psoriasis and vitiligo. Furthermore, clinical studies have validated the regenerative efficacy of stem cell-derived exosomes in skin repair.
This review summarizes recent research on the mechanisms and applications of EXOXE™ in dermatology, covering psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic scleroderma, diabetic wound healing, hypertrophic scars, keloids, and skin aging. These insights offer a new perspective on the role of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of various dermatoses.

EXOXE™ - a revolutionary method of treating skin ageing

Stem cell exosomes, i.e. exogenous exosomes, are a revolutionary method of treating skin ageing and have powerful regenerative and rejuvenating properties.

Amniotic fluid stem cells produce exosomes containing a full spectrum of bioactive substances that promote rejuvenation. The EXOXE™ product we use in our clinic stands out among other exosomal products due to its higher regenerative potential, the presence of a significant amount of proteins and growth factors, and the absence of unwanted impurities.

Key features of EXOXE™:

Indications, contraindications, expectations

Indications for the use of dermal exosomes:

  • Skin rejuvenation (face, neck and other areas).
  • Лікування акне (в період ремісії), постакне.
  • Recovery from injuries and burns.
  • Atopic dermatitis (during remission).
  • Hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, scars, stretch marks, alopecia.

Contraindications: eczema, dermatitis in the acute stage, infectious processes, oncology, vascular diseases, immunodeficiencies. It is also not recommended for pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding.

Expectations from the procedure

EXOXE™ exosomes are administered using a dermapen or mesoroller. They can be applied after procedures such as needle RF lifting or laser peeling, or, most comfortably for the patient, simply applied to prepared skin.

It is EXOXE™ exosomes that have been tested and confirmed to be most effective when administered using these methods. This is due to the method of preparation and the raw materials from which they are extracted. Injection administration of this drug is unacceptable and ineffective.

Results of using EXOXE™:

  1. Tissue regeneration: activation of collagen synthesis, maintenance of healthy tissue condition.
  2. Inflammation modulation: reduction of inflammation and tissue damage.
  3. Protection against photoaging: improvement of skin tone, reduction of hyperpigmentation.
  4. Regulation of cell ageing: maintaining cell youthfulness, slowing down ageing.
  5. Angiogenesis: the formation of new blood vessels.
